The right tools make the difference

When I was in college, my father was taking me back to school when our car broke down. After looking at the engine, my dad figured out he could get the car running again with a screwdriver.

Screwdriver

You need the right tools to keep you car running and to run an Internet marketing business.

We didn’t have a screwdriver, but we had passed a garage about a half mile earlier. We walked back and a helpful mechanic let us borrow just the right tool for the job.

A short while later, the car was running like a top. We returned the screwdriver and continued on our way.

I learned an important lesson that day – tools can make the difference between success and failure. Think about it.

The greatest woodsman won’t accomplish much without an ax.

The best mechanic can’t change a tire without a wrench.

And Internet Marketers don’t make much money without proper tools.

That’s the goal of this site — to give you the tools to make you successful in Internet Marketing.

Right now, there are thousands and thousands of companies looking for someone like you to promote their products on the Internet. Better yet, they’re willing to pay you up to 75 percent to do it. And even better, you can start now with little to no investment.

Some so-called experts will try to tell you it’s easy. It’s not. You’ll have to put some effort into it. But if you follow those who have already found success, you’ll find it, too.

All you need is the right attitude, the right commitment … and the right tools.

I definitely agree. You need to have the foundation in place before you can start building. Knowing how to use your tools and ability is fundamental.

      Hi Steven,

      Nice name. 🙂

You’re right about the need for a foundation. Without it, you’ll get washed away in all the hoopla promises of quick riches.

Hi again Steve, great information about where to find information about Internet Marketing. Matt Cutts keeps us up to date with a lot of updates and spam issues related to the Internet that will help affiliates greatly. I also see everything you’ve written about primarily revolves around Wealthy Affiliate, which is great, because they are easily the number 1 Internet Marketing course in the world. 😀 Keep up the good work.

      Hi John,

The right tools makes a big difference. I used to trim our hedges manually with a pair of clippers that looked like an oversized pair of scissors. I finally broke down and bought an electric trimmer. Does a better job in about a tenth of the time.

I like the fact that you don’t tell people it’s easy, when I see people saying how easy it is, they always forget to mention that once you know what you’re doing and you have all the tools you need it’s easy, but learning everything and getting to that point is a rough ride. So worth it tho because once you get there the rewards are HUGE!

    • Steve says:

      Hi Ty,

You’re right. It’s kind of like those overnight successes that take years to achieve. I also think numerous people quit just before they reach their dreams.

      Best wishes for continued success,

      Steve
